Boostbar AG Refund Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made through Boostbar’s mobile application, regardless of the payment method used.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Unauthorized Transactions If a transaction is made without the account holder’s
    Agreement.
  • Technical Issues: In cases where there are technical errors resulting in overcharges or other payment-related problems.

Refund Request Process:

Customers seeking a refund must:

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • The reason for the refund request is that the product received was faulty.
  • Please include relevant information such as the transaction ID, purchase date and time, and any supporting documentation from your bank statement.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. If that is not feasible, a credit will be issued within the mobile application for redemption in the future.

Refunds Denied

Refunds may be denied in the following cases:

  • Failure to meet eligibility criteria.
  • Requests made after the specified timeframe.
  • Insufficient documentation or information to support the refund request.

Processing of refunds:
