Why are our coffees named Stüssi, Susanne, and Sandra?
For truly great coffee, you need three things: the right machine, quality beans, and the perfect setup by our team.
That’s why we named our coffees after our very first service team members instead of coming up with random names: (Andy) Stüssi, Susanne, and Sandra!

Is locally roasted coffee really that important?
Sure, "local" is trendy—but when it comes to coffee, there’s a bigger reason why we roast exclusively in Switzerland: shorter travel time!
Freshly roasted coffee hits its sweet spot in 4-6 weeks, and by roasting locally, we make sure it gets to you at its absolute best.
Oh, and by the way, we only use 100% organic and Fairtrade beans—so everyone wins with your espresso!

Who fills in the Boostbar machines?
Depending on the model, we take care of the complete operation (full service) or share the tasks with you (comfort service). In this way, we save costs together and reduce CO2 emissions.
