Why are our menus frozen?

Our menus are "shock-frozen", they are cooled to -40°C within a short time. Thanks to this preservation technique, they stay fresh for longer, retain vitamins and minerals and avoid food waste. This is why we have been supported by the Federal Technology Fund since 2023.
